Service Description
This class is led by our in-house Yoga Therapist and offers benefits similar to those of traditional yoga, including improved strength, balance, and mobility. Yoga has also been shown to positively impact cognitive functions and emotional health. This style is especially useful for older adults and those with health conditions that prevent them from participating in general movement-based classes. These sessions will be modified to suit attendees' needs and will include aspects of challenge and ease. Come as you are and experience appropriate movement, breathwork, and mindfulness practices in a person-centered approach to wellness. This 6 week block starts on Monday 31st March 2025 at 10.00am, and will run over 7 weeks (no class on 21st April due to annual leave).

Terms & Conditions i. Bookings made through our website are final. No refunds or exchanges can be given, so please be sure of your purchase. ii. Your class is not confirmed until we have received payment from you. iii. All blocks of classes, 1-1 sessions, and class passes once purchased/booked are non-refundable, non-changeable & not transferrable. iv. All classes must be booked before the valid end date on a class pass. Unused sessions are non-refundable and not transferrable. v. If you are unable to attend a class, you can reschedule online up to 48 hours before class starts. vi. If a class doesn't reach the minimum number required to run it, we reserve the right to cancel the class. A full refund will be given. vii. If we cancel the class due to circumstances beyond our control, a full refund or session credit will be given. ix. These terms are applicable to everyone in all circumstances.
